Vietnam households to receive set-top boxes
Jan 23, 2016 – According to ViệtNam News, Vietnam's Ministry of Information and Communications has appointed the Viet Nam Public-Utility Telecommunication Service Fund to provide set-top boxes to more than 454,000 poor and near-poor households.
